This program is geared towards students in health professions. Based in the world heritage site of Zanzibar Island, Tanzania, the program offers a 3-credit hour course that is designed to offer U.S. administrative professionals in health and business sectors an opportunity to engage in collaborative learning and internships alongside Tanzanian counterparts. You will learn about the organization of health services and business structure of Tanzania through tours of cultural and historic sites relevant to your discipline. Guest speaking events and assessment of community development projects will be included as part of the learning process.
